    Start Your Day With Right Eat Breakfast :- Eating breakfast is important for confirming energy levels and aiding in blood sugar management. Avoid eating a breakfast that is high in carbohydrates and sugar.

    Add exercise in daily routine :- Exercise is more important in our busy or stressful life. I advise to joining a gym, but there are several different things that you can do to remain fit, such as walking, sports, gardening, etc. Now in the busy life it has been clear that, exercise is the most important part of our daily life.

    Use the loudspeaker on your mobile:- If you can attend the phone in many time or active during these calls in a very long time. Then getting out of the office and going for a walk somewhere quiet can be a great way to get some exercise without losing any concentration whilst on the phone, or even pacing in your office whilst on the phone can help keep you active and healthy.

 Looking Away From The Computer Screen:- This century has brought forward a phenomenon called 20-20-20. In plain and simple words it means after every 20 minutes of looking at a computer screen you should take a 20 second break and focus on an object 20 feet away. This will give a helpful  to protect your eyes.
